In compliance with the Digital Signature Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), its Enforcement Decree (hereinafter referred to as the "Decree"), its Enforcement Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), this Certification Practice Statement (CPS) or the "Rules" intend to prescribe all the matters concerning Korea Information Certificate Authority (hereinafter referred to as "KICA") certification services including certificate issuance and management, operation of certification systems, and responsibilities and liabilities of the related parties such as KICA and subscribers.
